Cookies and analytics

When you visit acuvity.com, cookies are set on your device. Some are necessary for the site to work; others help Acuvity Consulting understand how the site is used.

Necessary cookies. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, sets cookies (cf_clearance and __cf_bm) that protect the site from automated abuse and keep it available. If you open a booking page, Calendly sets a similar cookie. These cannot be switched off without breaking the service.

Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people arrive at the site. This sets cookies (_ga and _ga_VKS6DP3NGF) that remain for up to 400 days and record a pseudonymous identifier, not your name. We use this only in aggregate, to decide what to write and what to fix. It is not used to build advertising profiles, and it is not sold or shared for advertising.

Advertising cookies. We do not run advertising or retargeting trackers on this site.

Your choices. Most web browsers accept cookies by default, and you can set yours to refuse them or to alert you when they are being sent. Refusing analytics cookies does not affect how the site works. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google’s browser add-on.
